Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Turtle Threads purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions:

• Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 60 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as final sale or promotional giveaways are not eligible for returns.

• Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including a return shipping address.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.
