Turtle thread reserves the right to accept or decline any order. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods. In the event of a pricing error, Turtle thread reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any amounts paid.
Turtle thread ships to The United States. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are detailed at checkout. Turtle thread is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or external factors. The risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the product to the address provided.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our customer service. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Turtle thread guarantees its products against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turtle thread is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
